The interior is really a blast from the past in a good way. The server was remembered everything ordered without writing it down. Apart from being in a hurry and assuming there were no questions he was really good. We ordered a gyro platter which was delicious and flavorful. A chicken souvlaki pita which was cooked to perfection and flavorful with the fresh tzatziki. Broiled octopus which was tender and perfectly cooked. So flavorful. Greek salad which was so fresh and light. And chicken kabob which was the best of everything. Would eat here again.

In Tarpon Springs and had to stop here again today. Today we were carnivores and had the Yudo sandwich. In addition, we had the hummus tzatziki and feta spread, which was amazing. The pizza bread they have here is out of this world. If we were staying longer. We will come back again. It's a favorite of ours and the flavors are authentic. The ambience with music playing adds a special touch..

Very themed. In a little tacky but also very cute way. The food was decent, nothing to write home about. The service was fantastic and everyone seems to be in a great mood. The bakery is also fantastic.

EXcellent food and staff. We were offered a large selection of Greek entries and the desserts were incredible. There is also a lovely bakery attached.

The good: A fun vibrant place to grab lunch and/people watch. The bad: Because it's so very popular, there's a lot of "hustle and bustle" going on which would make Hellas a very unlikely place for a romantic dinner date. We came for lunch on a Saturday with no reservations but because there are so many tables (and it was just the two of us) we were seated immediately. We started with the "Assorted Spreads" which consisted of tzatziki, feta and hummus served with pita bread. (I definitely recommend!). We then ordered entrées, my wife got the Greek salad and I got the chicken Souvlaki with a pitcher of red sangria. All were enjoyable although the sangria was a little sweet for my taste. Parking is free for Hellas customers but is located in a lot about a block behind the restaurant. (Because this part of Tarpon Springs is so popular, parking can be hard to come by, and be sure to ask your server about a parking pass before you leave.)

Coming to Florida, we always come to Hellas. My little brother had never been so that was a good reason to visit also. The wait at Hellas is not bad at all and goes very fast. What made THIS visit different was our waiter. Niko was awesome! Only added to the good vibe. Basically, we always get the same thing... the combination platter. We brought home so much dessert haha Always a pleasure coming to Hellas. Great service, great food, great vibes!

Some of the best octopus in the area. We don't come here often, but when we do I get the broiled octopus and it is absolutely delicious. Now it comes with rice and veggies on the side, which is a nice touch. This place was very popular on a Saturday at 12:30 p.m. They take your name and will text you when your table is ready, which is amazing so you can continue to shop. That made it so I didn't really care how long we had to wait. Future Christina, do not forget there is free parking in the back, so you don't pay for parking elsewhere. We brought the kids this time so one got the spaghetti and the other got chicken tenders and fries. The spaghetti is called Greek spaghetti, which means it has nutmeg and is a little sweet. Both kids loved it. They also liked the fries, but didn't touch the chicken tenders. My husband got a pound of the peel and eat shrimp, but next time thinks he could have gotten half a pound. This place is beautiful. It's large and I watched them turn over tables quickly. It seems like a lot of greek families come here, which lends to its authenticity. Overall, if I'm at the sponge docks, I'll definitely grab a bite here. It's worth the hype.

This is the #1 rated Greek restaurant in Tarpon Springs. We have come here for dinner many times and have never been disappointed. Tonight we came in after dinner for baklava. Who knew there are so many varieties. The cases and cases of desserts are obscene. They have Greek coffee, cappuccino and ice cream too.

5 stars from being greeted, our service, food and dessert! Can't wait to go back and try more items! So much to choose from! Hummus platter for appetizer, loved all 3! Octopus -10/10 cooked to perfection Fried smelt- loved the simplicity of the dish! Dessert- couldn't decide so I got the baklava Tiramisu and I devoured it, I'm still thinking about it!
